How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Fine to walk on in clean socks right away. Fully dry in 4 to 8 hours depending on airflow and carpet thickness. Keep pets off until dry.
What cleaning method do you use?
Hot water extraction, what most people call steam cleaning. Heated solution goes in under pressure and gets extracted with the dissolved soil. It's the method carpet manufacturers recommend.
Do I need to move furniture?
We move light pieces like chairs, small tables and plants free. Beds, dressers and entertainment centers stay, and we clean carefully around them.
Will pet odor really come out?
Surface cleaning alone won't, because urine lives in the pad. Our enzyme treatment breaks it down at the source. Pick it for the affected rooms in step 3.
What if I need to reschedule?
Free up to 24 hours before your window. Deposits fully refundable with 24‑hour notice.
Is online payment safe?
