Rooms are priced as a set: $195 for 1 to 3, $223 for 4, $251 for 5, $279 for 6, $29 each after. A room is up to 250 square feet; the big great rooms near the country club count as two. Danville pays the same rates as San Ramon, Dublin and Livermore.
When Danville families book
Late August, before school starts. The busiest week of the year; book two to three weeks ahead. Mid-November, before hosting Thanksgiving. Book by early November. Early January, the post-holiday reset. March and April, spring cleaning.
Dogs, trails and the enzyme treatment
Danville is one of the most dog-friendly cities in the East Bay, from Hap Magee Ranch dog park to the Iron Horse Trail. Mud and wet paws shorten the interval between cleanings to 8 to 10 months with one dog and about 6 months with several.

HOA details
Some HOAs here ask for a contractor certificate before service. We are licensed and insured and email it ahead of time if you note it in the booking. Truck-mounted equipment is loud, so we schedule inside weekday hours.
